So teachers REALLY need to re-plan things for every single new class?
To what extent does buying into a scheme actually help?
If we are really serious about reducing workload and solving the retention crisis, is this something we could calm down a little bit with?
The next new fad will roll around in a couple of years and we will have to start again.... what's the point?
